EXTRA HELP WITH SOLVING LINEAR EQUATION

I am a big fan of "PatrickJMT' and his FREE videos on YouTube. Each of his videos is just a few minutes long and gives many examples with step by step solutions and explanations. To get on track with solving equations, try going through the videos and walk through step by step solutions.

Go through these steps when you use videos
1. Play the video
2. Once you see the problems on the screen, pause the video and try to solve yourself.
3. Write each problem down and show all of your work. Do each problem neatly or even one per page.
3. If you can't solve by yourself, play the video and watch the steps. Write down each of the steps as you solve along with the video.
4. Bring your notes to class to review with Mr. R.
5. Try the next example.
6. Repeat steps 1, 2, 3, & 4.
7. Then try the next example, and so on...
